Perry Homes in Little Elm, TX: Is Prairie Oaks Worth the Investment?

Walk into the Perry Homes model in Prairie Oaks and you'll see why I keep coming back to this builder. The finishes are clean, the layout flows, and the styling hits that sweet spot between modern and livable. But here's the thing: if you want a 60-foot home in this phase, you're down to less than 10 lots. Miss this window and you're waiting until 2025 to move in, and those prices are going to be way, way up from where they sit today in the mid-$600s.

Prairie Oaks sits in Little Elm, right off 380, which means you're in Denton ISD with quick access to the rest of DFW. Perry Homes is one of my favorite builders here in the Metroplex, not just for the style, but for the quality, the customer service, and what you actually get for your money. They don't cut corners, and they don't leave you hanging after you close.

This isn't a "browse and think about it" situation. The current phase is almost sold out, and the next phases won't release until 2024. If you're serious about Perry Homes and you want to lock in today's pricing, this is your shot.

Prairie Oaks: Perry Homes 60-Foot Homes in Little Elm

Prairie Oaks is in Little Elm, right off 380, which gives you a straight shot to Frisco, McKinney, and the rest of the northern Metroplex. You're in Denton ISD, and the location works if you're commuting east or west along the corridor. The builder here is Perry Homes, and they're working on 60-foot lots in the current phase. Prices are in the mid-$600s, and that's where the urgency comes in.

There are less than 10 of these 60-foot homes left in this phase. Once they're gone, you're waiting for the next phase, which won't release until 2024. That means you're not moving in until 2025, and those prices are going to jump. If you want to buy at today's pricing, you need to move now. The builder has more phases planned for Prairie Oaks, but they're not available yet, and when they do open up, expect a significant price increase.

Perry Homes is one of my favorite builders in DFW. I say that a lot, but it's true. The style is on point, modern without feeling cold, functional without feeling boring. The quality is there. You're not going to walk through a Perry home and see gaps in the trim or finishes that feel like an afterthought. And the customer service is excellent. They follow through, they communicate, and they don't disappear after you close. That matters when you're spending this kind of money.

The model home I toured is styled beautifully, which is standard for Perry. They know how to stage a space so you can see yourself living there. The layout flows well, the finishes are clean, and the details, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, are all thoughtfully done. You're getting a lot of home for the money, especially compared to other builders at this price point.

Incentives are available right now, and they're changing. That's typical for new construction, especially when a phase is winding down. The builder wants to move the last few lots, so they're offering deals to get buyers in the door. I can help you figure out what's on the table and how to get the best package possible. But you have to reach out. I can't help you if you don't call, text, or email.

If you miss this phase, you're looking at a long wait. The next phases won't release until 2024, and you won't be moving in until 2025. That's a year and a half from now, and prices will be higher. If you want to be in Prairie Oaks and you want to lock in today's pricing, this is your last opportunity.

Why Perry Homes Stands Out in DFW

I sell new construction all over DFW, Celina, Rockwall, Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, you name it. I've walked through dozens of builders, and Perry Homes consistently ranks at the top for me. Here's why.

First, the style. Perry doesn't chase every trend, but they also don't feel dated. Their homes have a modern edge without going overboard. The layouts make sense. The finishes feel intentional. You're not walking through a house that looks like every other builder's cookie-cutter plan.

Second, the quality. I've seen too many builders cut corners to hit a price point, and it shows. Perry doesn't do that. The construction is solid. The materials are good. You're not going to find cheap fixtures or sloppy workmanship. They build homes that hold up, and that matters when you're thinking about resale down the line.

Third, the customer service. This is huge. A lot of builders are great until you close, and then you're on your own. Perry follows through. They communicate. They handle issues. If something goes wrong, they fix it. That level of service is rare, and it's one of the reasons I keep recommending them to my clients.

Fourth, the value. You're getting a lot of home for your money with Perry. When you compare them to other builders at the same price point, Perry consistently delivers more, better finishes, better layouts, better quality. You're not overpaying for the name. You're paying for a home that's actually worth it.

If you're looking at new construction in DFW and you haven't toured a Perry home yet, you're missing out. They're one of the best builders in the Metroplex, and Prairie Oaks is a great example of what they do well.

Conclusion

Prairie Oaks in Little Elm is down to the final 60-foot homes in this phase, and if you want to buy at today's pricing, you need to act now. Perry Homes is one of the best builders in DFW for style, quality, customer service, and value, and this is your last chance to get into this phase before prices jump and the next release pushes move-ins into 2025.

I sell new construction all over the Metroplex, whether it's Little Elm, Celina, Rockwall, Fort Worth, Frisco, or McKinney.
